做法
- 青瓜刨丝,用盐腌3-5分钟,至青瓜丝到适合的饮度,用水洗去盐,渣干水份备用。
- 冷面准备1份。
- 将冷面跟青瓜丝混合,放入碗中再加入蕃茄冻汤,加上明太子及紫苏叶碎即可食用。
