糖尿天使週年大會暨中西營養晚宴賀中秋
ProPectin柏沛樂一直為糖尿天使的《糖心行動》伙伴，政府註冊慈善團體《糖尿天使》專為糖尿病人提倡正確的飲食方式，改善患者血糖水平從而提升健康。上星期五適逢 中秋佳節，ProPectin柏沛樂受糖尿天使邀請，出席「糖尿天使週年大會暨中西營養晚宴賀中秋」。
同時，由ProPectin柏沛樂鼎力贊助柏沛樂 蘋果果膠 產品，有助或穩定都市人的 血糖水平。當日場面熱鬧，深受大眾歡迎，與大家共渡了一個健康又愉快的一個晚上！
【堂有『糖』食】
當日餸菜豐富，以秋葵、 雪耳、黑木耳、紅蘿蔔、青瓜、紅米飯，全都為 低升糖指數 (GI)的食物，臨床研究也發現，多攝取低GI食物，胰島素需要量就相對變少，血中胰島素分泌較少，這可以避免 血糖升高，且有助於降低食慾，利於 體重控制。

了解重金屬對孕婦的影響及懷孕前後的飲食須知講座
由ProPectin柏沛樂鼎力支持、全力贊助，香港醫護學會主辦“了解重金屬對孕婦的影響及懷孕前後的飲食須知”講座。當日講座人才薈集，出席者多達200人；由營養師馬圓及註冊西醫蔡國淦為大家講解及分享日常飲食中常見的重金屬種類、銀粉補牙的真面目、膳食中營養素如何有助孕婦解『毒』、妊娠糖尿病飲食宜忌 等常見健康問題。
同時，ProPectin柏沛樂總經理Christina Ho代表ProPectin講解及分享蘋果果膠的醫學價值：如何排除重金屬、改善糖尿病、改善三高等健康功效，最後亦接受香港醫護學會頒發的感謝錦旗。
